RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY
Orders may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that orders may take up to 72 hours to process and an additional 6 to 15 business days to deliver the product, unless your shipment is in the "Other" Category located on our Shipping Info page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted (if applicable):
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned or exchanged more than 30 days after delivery.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We will replace an item if it is defective, damaged, or not the right size.

Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer for exchanges.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it.
We will also notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses.
